Returns & Refund Policy

1. Perishable Food Items & Hygiene Standard

Under FSSAI food safety regulations and guidelines, perishable items such as sweets, savouries, mixtures, and opened condiments cannot be returned once delivered to ensure the health and safety of all customers.

2. Transit Damage & Missing Items Guarantee

If your package arrives physically damaged, tampered with, or if an incorrect item was dispatched, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the delivery. Please share:

• Your Order Number (e.g. SVC-2026-...)
• A photograph of the outer carton and damaged inner packaging
• Brief description of the issue via email to orders@shreevasavi.com or WhatsApp to +91 98765 43210

Upon prompt verification, we will immediately dispatch a fresh replacement batch at zero additional cost or issue a 100% refund.

3. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled free of charge if the request is received before the kitchen packing and dispatch process commences. Once an order has been picked up by the courier partner, it cannot be recalled.

4. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are credited back to the original method of payment (UPI, Credit/Debit Card, or Net Banking) within 5 to 7 working days, as per standard banking processing guidelines.
